Hi, I'm Eventful. ^^;; I've been on LJ for about a year but I haven't met many people who are as interested in anime/manga/video games as I am. A friend suggested this place, so here I am! XD;
I'm 19 and working on becoming a massage therapist. My favorite five musicians/bands currently are Coldplay, The Echoing Green, Owl City, Live, and Kings of Leon. I also like water sports, astronomy, walks, plenty of non-anime shows, writing fanfic, doing requests, roleplaying, making icons and colorbars, drawing fanart, fencing and the following thingies:

~About Me~
Hi everyone! I’m xkisekix of LJ but you can call me Kiseki. (I do have a real name but I really hate it… XD; So just call me Kiseki!) This is my third (?) time posting here. Anyway, I’m a girl who you’d describe as nice, calm, quiet, and friendly…and maybe even sometimes strange and hyper. I’m also of Filipino heritage, but I don’t speak Tagalog at all. (Instead I’m learning Spanish and a little bit of Japanese… ^^;) But overall, I’m a friendly person. :] (It seems like I have said that too much… xD;;) The main things I like to do are write (of course), make web graphics (like banners, sprites, avatars, and such), watch anime, read manga, and listen to music. I’m also currently obsessed with Japanese things at the moment; notably anime (Pokemon and Pandora Hearts) and Johnny’s Entertainment. ^^; Anyway, I hope that’s a good overview of me… ^^;

*Curtsy* As a newly registered Livejournal user, I thought I'd give the whole community thing a try. :3 <3 I'm Kiki! A twenty year old zombie-otaku fashionista lolita-princess. I know, a bit of a mouthful to say.
I'm into visual kei and gothic lolita clothing, along with the occassional decora (though I'm into the colors right now CRAZILY... my LJ is full of pink). I'm a plus size model in my spare time and am darn proud of it. ^^ Curves FTW. I'm a huge fan of zombies and the underworld outside of anime, with my current obession being the game Left 4 Dead 2. But I still fumble in the world of Japanese animation, yes, yes I doooo.
Anywho, I love people. People are my thing. So I thought, why not post here? My fandoms are fairly common - hopefully I'll get to meet others who are likeminded. ^____^ I'm very open minded and just your average girl who wants to love and be loved back.

Woot. Madame Xanadu 7 and 8 came today~! I love this series so much. D: I am almost halfway through collecting it... at current. It's going by a lot faster than I can get them, all because... I'm getting them from eBay and they're missing some. xD; I'm going to drag Sam to a comic store (if we find one... I'll have to look it up!) and to Kinokuniya! More GLBs for me! :D Maybe I can find the latest or an earlier one. :O That'd be nuts.

Finals are done. Music is memorized (Thank god. I thought I wouldn't make it. Apparently I just underestimate half of my brain.)
I have an ulcer in my mouth. Fml. Someone needs to sit back and play the chill-out game.
Dad's going to be at the dorm in an hour or so. I need to pack. Haven't even started.
Apart from that? Not much. I want to send out Christmas cards, which will be late, of course, but I'd still like to, so comments are going to be screened? I have no one's address anymore, and I mean NO ONE'S. Absolutely NO ONE'S, so if you'd like a card, please comment with your address? :D They will be screened, for your pleasure.

Hello everyone!
My name is Jyuu and I am a fairly older anime/manga fan (though seriously, most of the times I usually act like I'm fifteen.) I've been around the block as far as series are concerned and I'm definitely looking for new friends. (I recently did a friend's cut *no worries, I just cut people who were predominately inactive and have been for a long time.. I usually keep people if they are fairly active).
Series (manga and anime): Currently watching - Higurashi no Naku koro Ni Kai (so any fans of the series are welcome!) and Bacanno! But I've seen (and enjoyed) Axis Powers Hetalia, Revolutionary Girl Utena, pretty much anything by CLAMP *but bonus points if you know what RG Veda is*, Saiyuki, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Macross Frontier *bonus points if you like Sheryl/Alto*, Gundamoo(00), Princess Tutu, Aria, 12 Kingdoms, Saiunkoku Monogatari, Hot Gimmick, Black Jack, From Eroica with Love *bonus points if you even KNOW what that series is.. and if you read that series YOU MUST ADD ME IMMEDIATELY*, Rose of Versaiiles, Earthian, To Terra (there are more, but I'm trying to be concise here).
I've stopped watching series like Bleach and Naruto but I still like the characters from both series, even if my attention span got lost somewhere after the 100th+ episode.
Games: Xenogears/saga, Suikoden series, Phoenix Wright, Final Fantasy series (favorite being Crisis Core, FF6 and Dissidia.) and SIMS3 *in which I make fandom characters and force them into relationships with each other* I don't play many games honestly, I don't have time.
Music: Oh boy, Take That is my all time favorite band, but I like Nerina Pallot, Tori Amos, Keane, Arctic Monkeys, The Kaiser Chiefs and Duran Duran (there are more but I'm starting to get tired of typing).
If I seem interesting to you then yes, I would love to be friends so add away (Alright, you don't even have to ask.) What you are getting into is a person who is rather crazy, posts random fandom stuff in her journal and notices the wierdest things when watching a particular series. There will be alot of throwing around of real life too.. copious ammounts.
Oh yes, added note.. I may just think that vocaloid art is the prettiest ever!

My name is Lili and I am new here to Live Journal just thought I would try it out and hopefully make some new friends who share my same intrests in anime and other things. I'm really easygoing and friendly. I tend to be kind of ditsy sometimes according to my friends..haha but seriously I get along with just about anyone unless your a butt turd to me first. I've been a fan of anime for a long time but haven't been able to watch alot in recent years because I've just been crazy busy in my life, but things are starting to slow down a bit and I fell in love with it all over again. Anyways don't hesitate to drop me a line.

Um I can't think of anymore stuff to write. I am obessed with Hello Kitty and I have a ton of japanese related cutsey artwork tattooed all over my arms. I like gothic and sweet lolita fashion. I'm obessed with all things neko. People say I dress like an anime character. I don't know if they mean that to be mean but I take it as a compliment ^_^

jrpgs_and_wrpgs, dedicated to the discussion of computer and console role-playing games, both of Japanese and Western origin. This is a really niche genre, and a lot of people who play these games prefer to play mainly these games exclusively. Due to the nature of these games, they can be quite addictive, engrossing, and the object of much obsession. Furthermore, there is no community on LiveJournal dedicated strictly to them. Almost all "RPG communities" on LiveJournal are fan fiction exercises, 'RPing,' collections of Final Fantasy icons, or general fangirl/boyism around a single franchise. There is no real discussion about these games going on, and there very well could and should be. This community is yet a seed, but if you like the idea, I encourage you to join, to encourage all your friends who would like it to join, and for all of us to contribute RPG related reading and discussion. That there is nothing like this currently on LJ is good reason that it could be successful, and it will be if we want it to be. I've been on LJ consistently since 2002, so your moderator will be here to stay, as will this community with your help. Furthermore, I can promise you that I am no control freak, will only mandate enough to keep order and productivity in the community, and will otherwise not be a tight ass, anal retentive fascist with a bunch of silly rules and a god complex. So, if you play JRPGs or WRPGs, please come on over, join, and start posting immediately about whatever RPG-related business your heart desires. I'm eager to find my peers in this.

About: I go by Star (nickname), I'm 14, and born/raised in Canada! I'm a halfie, caucasian+asian (British+Chinese/Filipino), and proud. (: My hobbies include voice acting, writing, and singing. I really like stars (COULD YOU TELL 8D), rain, kitties, nighttime and CHRISTMAAAS. And I have a weakness for cute things.. D: I love to make new friends and meet people but I'm juuust a little shy.

'Sup guys?
I've been on Livejournal for maybe two months now, but I'm still a noob and only have two friends...But I found this community and it looks pretty cool, so I'll give it a shot! If you want to be friends, just comment right here in this entry!
And just to let you know, although I don't update my journal that much, maybe once or twice a week, I'm pretty much on Livejournal everyday. I also read and comment on my friend's journals, so I guess you can say I'm pretty a pretty active LJ user. Oh and did I mention I'm a bit crazy? It'll be apparent as soon as you read through this entry of mine. :3

(I usually forget a few when I list ALL of my favorites, but these are mostly my top favorites.)
Favorite Video Games:
Animal Crossing series, Rockband (Especially the Beatles Rockband game!), Kingdom Hearts, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, Street Fighter, Dead or Alive, Soul Caliber, Mario, Left 4 Dead, Mass Effect, Dance Dance Revolution.

Anything by Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away is my favorite!), Across the Universe, Kamikaze Girls, Mulan, Aladdin, Hercules, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Napoleon Dynamite, Moulin Rouge!,
(I have strange tastes when it comes to movies, but once again, there are a lot more as well!)
Favorite Music:
Favorite genres are Classic Rock, and Video Game music.
Since this list can get pretty long, just some of the specific bands and music groups I like include The Beatles, Epik High, The Pillows, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Larc~en~ciel, and Flight of the Conchords! Not the whole list though, I had to cut it down by a lot. xD
Hobbies:
Drawing, writing, playing video games, shopping, sleeping.

So that's pretty much it. I already said too much! /fail

My journal will consist of mostly just what's going on in my life and what I'm think about (hense the unoriginal journal title), but I'll probably start doing a little more nerdy stuff like sharing about my frustrations with video games and new animes and manga series I'll be reading and watching! Favorite Anime: Saikano, Bokura ga Ita, Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Fullmetal Alchemist, Serial Experiments Lain, Paprika, Chobits, Akira, Natsume Yuujinchou, and many more. Fruits Basket is a wounderful manga but I hated the anime adaption...
Interests: Politics, manga/anime, video gaming (xbox 360), photography, fashion, animals, coffee, blogging, United States history, plushies, and hanging out with friends and with her amazing boyfriend Dan.
I am on LiveJournal every single day. I also have myanimelist, goodreads, and a neopet account. I am always on the xbox and will provide my gamer tag if asked.
What I am Looking For:
I do not want someone just to make my friend count rise. I would like someone who from time to time will comment my entries and read them. I am interested in making friends with people who will be enjoy having their entries commented on and at times discussed. Pretty much don't add me if you have no interest in communicating with me or vewing my journal once in a while. They call it a friends list for a reason :) <3
